PRETORIA - The testimony of disgraced former Crime Intelligence boss Feroz Khan before the Madlanga Commission has been postponed.
Khan was expected to begin his testimony remotely on Tuesday, but proceedings were postponed following the death of his uncle-in-law, Preggy Padayachee.
Padayachee was shot dead on Monday night on the R21 in Boksburg.

Khan will now testify on a date yet to be determined. The commission said it would make a further announcement in due course.
Last month, the commission said it would lay criminal charges against Khan after he failed to appear before the inquiry despite being subpoenaed.
The commission had also rejected his application for a postponement.
