JOHANNESBURG - The case against murder-accused Tiffany Meek has been postponed to 5 November for the finalisation of the indictment for the matter to be transferred to the High Court.
The 31-year-old is accused of murdering her 11-year-old son, Jayden-Lee Meek, in her Fleurhof home in May.
Meek, who maintains she did not kill her son, was denied bail in July.
Jayden-Lee's body was found on a staircase near his home in Fleurhof in May.
The court found Tiffany was dishonest and deceptive when detailing her version of events.
She also faces a charge of obstructing and defeating the ends of justice.
She told the court the police and the justice system failed her.
Her lawyer hinted they will appeal the bail judgment.
