On Thursday, the High Court found his application had no merit, was marked by fake urgency, and amounted to an abuse of process.
Meanwhile, senior police officer Rachel Matjeng will continue with her testimony on Friday morning.
In her testimony on Thursday, who holds a senior position in SAPS Forensic Services Division, admitted to having an affair with Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala.
She says a R300,000 payment from Matlala had nothing to do with his controversial R360-million contract.
