UPDATE: Ndodana Tshuma matter postponed to August

JOHANNESBURG - The case against murder-accused Ndodana Tshuma has been postponed.

He appeared at the Johannesburg magistrate's court on Wednesday where the case was postponed to 27 August. 

Tshuma faces extradition proceedings and charges relating to the possession of an unlicensed firearm. He has elected to abandon bail in his firearm matter.

The British Zimbabwean national is wanted in the United Kingdom in connection with the alleged murders of his wife and two daughters.

But Tshuma might have to serve any sentence imposed in South Africa first before he can be extradited to the UK to stand trial for the triple murders.
