PRETORIA - Postbank's application to interdict the Master Service Agreement with Sassa has been struck off the roll.
The contract affecting three million social grant beneficiaries ends on 30 September.
Postbank wanted the court to stop the termination of the agreement to disburse social grants.
Postbank argued that the termination will affect beneficiaries as the bank will have to charge them for withdrawals.
Sassa argues that the deal no longer serves its purpose.
