JOHANNESBURG - The case against the second man arrested in connection with the murder of Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock has been postponed.
The 25-year-old Mozambican national who was arrested on Friday, made a brief appearance in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
The case was postponed to 9 February to allow police to verify his address, passport and any documents that may be available.
Armindo Pacula, a 25-year-old Mozambican national, is facing charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and contravention of the Immigration Act.
Pacula was arrested during a crime intelligence operation led police to the Marathon informal settlement in Ekurhuleni.
Stock was killed in December in the Johannesburg inner city.
The first suspect, Victor Majola, was denied bail on 26 January and will remain in custody until 11 February.
Majola faces charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and premeditated murder
