BLOEMFONTEIN - Convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester and his co-accused returned to the High Court in Bloemfontein.
They will be back in court on 18 March 2026 for case management.
In September, the state had written to the Constitutional Court to advise that the start of Bester's trial depends on the finalisation of Nandipha Magudumana's application to the Apex court.
Magudumana was central to Bester's escape.
