JOHANNESBURG - The driver of the deadly Vaal scholar transport crash returns to the Vanderbijlpark magistrate's court on Thursday for bail.
Ayanda Dludla is facing 14 counts of murder and three counts of attempted murder.
The 22-year-old had abandoned his bail at his previous appearance.
Fourteen children died on their way to school when their vehicle collided with a truck in January.

It is alleged that Dludla overtook several cars using the oncoming traffic lane before the collision.
Gauteng authorities promised that vehicles failing to comply with safety regulations would be removed from the roads.
