CAPE TOWN - Camps Bay police have opened a culpable homicide case after a cyclist was killed in a collision on Tuesday.
The driver of a BMW struck down two cyclists on Victoria Road.
Idris Sheriff was declared dead on the scene.
The accused, Bongani Mthethwa, was released on R15,000 bail in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court.
