WATCH | Cape Town sceptical about Operation Shanela

CAPE TOWN - Police Minister Bheki Cele has renewed calls for Cape Town communities to do more to support the police in clamping down on crime.

Cele was joined by SAPS top brass for the launch of the Western Cape leg of the crime-busting initiative, Operation Shanela.

In the province the programme includes stop searches, road blocks and raids.
