The termination of PEPFAR-funded HIV grants earlier this year has caused major disruptions to services.
It's raised concerns that years of progress in the fight against HIV/AIDS could be undone.
Minister Motsoaledi has been exploring alternative funding sources and aims to reduce reliance on foreign aid.
