PRETORIA - North West Businessman Suliman Carrim's application to postpone his Madlanga Commission testimony will be heard in an open session.
Carrim wanted to give his evidence at a later date due to health reasons.
This follows reports that he was seen at a Cape Town shopping centre while claiming to be unwell.
