PRETORIA - The Madlanga Commission will resume with a new witness.
Last week, it heard evidence on the disbanding of the Political Killings Task Team.
The disbandment has been at the centre stage, with many witnesses saying police minister on special leave, Senzo Mchunu, should not have disbanded the team.
Acting Deputy National Commissioner Lieutenant-General Hilda Senthumule told the commission it was a bizarre decision.
She told the commission that Mchunu was still new on the job to be taking such a serious decision.
