PRETORIA - The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria will deliver judgment in the 'Beauty and the Bester’ drama.
Convicted rapist and murderer Thabo Bester and disgraced doctor Nandipha Magudumana want to interdict Netflix from releasing the documentary.

Their lawyers say airing the programme would be tantamount to convicting their clients in the court of public opinion.
However, the streaming giant claims the pair has been aware of the documentary, and that Maguduma was paid for it.
The ruling is expected just 30 minutes before the official release at 9am.
