CAPE TOWN - The legal battle over President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Section 89 impeachment inquiry is heading to the Western Cape High Court on Wednesday and Thursday.
The court will hear the President’s urgent application to interdict the Impeachment Committee from continuing with its work.
Committee chairperson Makashule Gana has been cited as the second respondent and will represent the committee during the proceedings on Wednesday and Thursday.
