JOHANNESBURG - Former president Jacob Zuma has brought yet another application to have retired Justice Sisi Khampepe recuse herself from the TRC cases Inquiry.
In an urgent application, he's asking the High Court to declare Khampepe's decision to dismiss his recusal application unconstitutional.

Former president Thabo Mbeki joined that application.
Zuma and Mbeki alleged Khampepe was biased and conflicted, due to her historical involvement with the NPA and the original Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
Oral evidence hearings were scheduled to begin next Wednesday.
