MTHATHA - The Umkhonto weSizwe party has taken its local government election campaign to the Eastern Cape.
Party leader Jacob Zuma made promises he wants the electorate to consider ahead of the Local Government Elections on 4 November.
He said black people and children's education would be prioritised.
“What we want is for a black person to rule in his land. Once the MK Party is in power no orphan will be left behind, every child will go to school, we will make that our duty. We will buy books and everything.
“We have a lot of money which will satisfy all of us. We will decrease the money sent to the Western countries,” Zuma said.
