PIETERMARITZBURG - Former President Jacob Zuma’s arms deal corruption case is back at the Pietermaritzburg High Court.
The court is expected to rule whether charges against French arms Company Thales will be dropped.
In April, it filed an application, arguing the case can't continue after the deaths of two key witnesses.
The company is accused of paying Zuma for political protection.
If Thales' bid is successful, Zuma wants his charges scrapped too.
Both Zuma and Thales face charges of corruption, racketeering, money laundering, and fraud.
It's all linked to the multi-billion rand 1999 arms deal.
