Zuma: “We must come together” — MK delegation visits Malema's home

POLOKWANE - Members of the uMkhonto weSizwe Party have visited Julius Malema's family.

It comes after the death of the EFF leader's aunt, Martha Malema.

MK Party president and former president Jacob Zuma, led the MK Party delegation to Polokwane.

Zuma and Malema, flanked by their respective parties' leaders, addressed a crowd of mourners and supporters.

Zuma emphasised that both parties have to work together.

“It has been our view that the time has come that we should come together,” Zuma said.

“I believe, we believe, and I have talked to uMkhonto weSizwe, that there is no need for us to be separated by the whites, absolutely no need,. We need to come together, even if we have different organisations and views, but there needs to be something that says we need to be together so that we can liberate black people.

“It is clear that if we don't do that, we are going to be slaves forever, and we don't want that.”
