JOHANNESBURG - Public Works and Infrastructure Deputy Minister Sihle Zikalala is leading a stakeholder consultation in Port Shepstone to discuss plans for a new small harbour.
The initiative forms part of the government’s coastal development strategy under the District Development Model and Operation Phakisa.
