JOHANNESBURG - The South African Weather Service is calling on Cape Town to residents to remain vigilant this weekend following a Yellow level 4 warning.
SAWS has warned residents to brace for disruptive rain and possible snow leading to possible flooding and difficult driving conditions over the City of Cape Town, Cape Winelands, western parts of Overberg and the southern parts of the West Coast District on Saturday into Sunday.
