JOHANNESBURG - A joint operation by the eThekwini Municipality and SAPS has found 19 alleged undocumented foreign nationals operating spaza shops in Inanda, Durban.
The arrests were made during Operation Good Hope.

It's a multi-agency campaign targeting illegal trading, undocumented foreign nationals and businesses operating outside municipal regulations.
Officials also seized illegally traded goods.
Business owners were fined nearly R100,000 for failing to comply with trading regulations.
