2024 elections | DA confident it will win the Free State

BLOEMFONTEIN - The Democratic Alliance says new political parties vying for electoral support in next month’s elections will work out in the party's favour in the Free State.

Former President Jacob Zuma’s endorsed uMkhonto WeSizwe Party and Ace Magashule’s African Congress for Transformation are some of the parties that have entered the space in the province.

The DA launched its provincial election manifesto in Thaba Nchu outside Bloemfontein.

Creating employment opportunities, fixing the province's ailing economy and the tourism sector are some of the party’s priorities.
