KROONSTAD - An 80-year-old farmer accused of murder is applying for bail in the Kroonstad Magistrate's Court.
The man and a 16-year-old minor are accused of killing a farm dweller.
The farmer also faces charges of attempted murder, obstruction of justice and discharging a firearm.
The 80-year-old cannot be named or filmed by the media to avoid identifying the co-accused minor.
