AD Hoc | Mchunu feared Mkhwanazi 'threats' about PKTT closure

CAPE TOWN - Police Minister, Senzo Mchunu, says he felt threatened by a comment made by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.

The minister has defended his decision to disband the Political Killings Task Team, saying the move was legal and constitutional.

Mchunu is currently on special leave following allegations that he's linked to criminal syndicates and political meddling.
