JOHANNESBURG - The bail application of controversial businessman Katiso "KT" Molefe continues this Thursday in the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court.
Molefe is accused of masterminding the 2022 murder of musician Oupa Sefoka, known as DJ Sumbody, and two of his bodyguards.
Molefe and three alleged hitmen face charges in the case.
During a previous appearance, the court heard allegations linking Molefe to the illicit drug trade, and suggesting the murders of DJ Sumbody and DJ Vintos were part of underworld rivalries.
Molefe, who was previously out on bail, was rearrested last month.
His three co-accused have opted not to apply for bail.
