Alleged WC gangster's wife wants bail

CAPE TOWN - The wife of alleged 28's gang boss, Ralph Stanfield has again resumed her bid for freedom.

Nicole Johnson was denied bail in October last year after her arrested along with Stanfield and three others.

They face a string of charges, including robbery, fraud and contravening Section 9 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act.   

Johnson says her 15 year-old daughter’s physical and psychological health is being compromised because of her prolonged incarceration.

She argues that her teenage daughter’s health is suffering as a result of both parents In addition, that it is impossible to run her businesses from prison.
