ANC cadre deployment | DA wants policy declared unconstitutional

JOHANNESBURG - The High Court in Pretoria will rule on the DA's bid to have the ANC cadre deployment police declared unlawful.

The official opposition says it's confident of a ruling in its favour.

The case was argued before a full bench of judges in January last year, when judgment was reserved.

The DA says the policy facilitates corruption in the public sector and government.

This week, the ANC met the Constitutional Court's deadline to hand over its cadre deployment records.
