ANC Free State election nominations raised from the floor

JOHANNESBURG - There was a bit of confusion at the ANC’s regional congress in Bloemfontein on Sunday.

A decision was made that they would nominate from the floor because the conference was not given nomination packages.

It's believed nomination packages were locked in the office of the IPC and the person with the key was not available.
