JOHANNESBURG - Saturday, 23 August, marks four years since whistleblower Babita Deokaran was assassinated outside her home in Mondeor, Johannesburg.
She had uncovered and exposed multi-million-rand tender corruption in the Gauteng Health Department and at Tembisa Hospital.
