TSHWANE - One of the accused in the Zanzou night club torture incident will know if he will be released on bail.
The Pretoria Magistrate's Court is expected to hand down judgment this Wednesday morning.
The 41-year-old Congolese national faces a multitude of charges, including eight counts of compelled sexual assault.
He is one of eight suspects linked to a graphic video that showed male patrons being forced to sexually assault each other.
The state opposes bail.
