Bester/Magudumana docuseries showdown

JOHANNESBURG - A court battle looms between Showmax and legal teams representing rapist and murderer Thabo Bester and Nandipha Magudumana.

Letters of demand to view a docuseries that’s scheduled to be released this week have been sent to the streaming platform.

But in a statement, Showmax says it will vigorously defend the right of the public to watch the series and form their own opinions.
