JOHANNESBURG - Madlanga Commission of Inquiry spokesperson Jeremy Michaels has confirmed that political fixer Brown Mogotsi's recusal application is underway.
Last week, Mogotsi stated his intention to apply for evidence leader Matthew Chaskalson’s removal from his testimony.
Chaskalson has rejected claims by Brown Mogotsi that he behaved unfairly in his questioning in the hearings.
Michael said Mogotsi's lawyers have been in constant contact with the commission's legal representatives.
