CAPE TOWN - Building materials for those left homeless by a fire in Dunoon have still not arrived.
This is despite promises by the Human Settlements Minister that it would be delivered on Sunday.
The department says the material is ready, but it first needs paperwork from the destitute.

The problem is that much of their documents were destroyed in the blaze.
Many are living on the streets as the City refuses to allow them into community halls.
