Cape Town investing millions in crime fighters

CAPE TOWN - The City of Cape Town says it's continuing with its multi-million-rand investment in additional policing despite municipal budget cuts by national government.

113 recruits who graduated on Tuesday will hit the ground running.

They've already been deployed to Table Mountain, Bellville, Wynberg and Mitchells Plain for the festive season.
