JOHANNESBURG - The Witness D murder case has been postponed to 18 May.
Matiphandile Sotheni's bail application will proceed at the Regional Court.
The former police officer is accused of killing Madlanga Commission witness Marius van der Merwe outside his Brakpan home in December.
