Case against rape-accused Khayelitsha pastor postponed

CAPE TOWN - The bail application of rape-accused Khayelitsha pastor, Bishop Xolani Mbeka has been postponed to 25 February in the Khayelitsha Magistrate's court.

Investigating officer, Siyabulela Tsule, detailed incidents that allegedly took place at the church between November 2022 and January this year.

He's facing charges including rape, attempted murder and assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and his alleged victims were aged 15, 22 and 23 at the time.
