Gabs Mtshala appeared in the East London Magistrate's Court on Wednesday afternoon, facing charges for a string of crimes in the province, including murders related to the taxi industry.
eNCA reporter Ronald Masinda was at the case and spoke with Mtshala's attorney Nqaba Nomvete.
Nomvete said, "The charges are baseless. They cannot secure a successful prosecution."
