Cholera death toll rises to 32

JOHANNESBURG - The number of cholera deaths is on a worrying upward trend.

The official toll now stands at 32.

A second person has died in the Free State.

Health officials say a woman from Parys died at a Kroonstad hospital.

But the Free State death toll may be underreported.

Gift of the Givers founder Imtiaz Sooliman says three people have already died in Vredefort.

But Free State Health says it's not aware of those deaths.
