City of Joburg manager Floyd Brink says he’s not going anywhere
JOHANNESBURG - The DA is making things personal.
That's according to Joburg City Manager, Floyd Brink.

He says he's ready to defend himself in court for being appointed into the position lawfully.
It follows the dismissal of the DA's court bid to have the executive held in contempt for his appointment.
