CAPE TOWN - The City of Cape Town’s decision to cut the Dial-a-Ride transport service for the blind and people with disabilities has sparked outrage across the Western Cape.
Cosatu has condemned the move, calling it heartless, unjust, and a betrayal of the city’s most vulnerable residents.
Cosatu's Western Cape Chair, Motlatsi Tsubane discussed the protest and the people who are affected by the funds being cut with eNCA.
