JOHANNESBURG - Cosatu's 14th congress continues at Gallagher Estate in Midrand.

On Tuesday, ANC chairperson, Gwede Mantashe, was booed off stage for the second time when he tried to address delegates.

Angry workers said they're tired of empty promises from the ANC-led government.

On Wednesday, delegates will be voting for new leadership.

Cosatu President Zingiswa Losi looks set to get a second term, after her nomination for the same position was uncontested.
