DURBAN - The KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thami Ntuli is betting on public-private partnership to revive the province's economy and create jobs.
But, to attract investment, infrastructure like water supply systems needs to be fixed.

Ntuli was speaking ahead of the Investor Business Breakfast on Thursday.
The event with potential investors comes at a time when the province is trying to deal with some of the damages caused by floods over excessive years.
