Crime in SA | Calls to 10111 go unanswered

JOHANNESBURG - The country’s 10111 police call centres are in a dire state and the situation is worsening by the year. 

Responding to a DA parliamentary question, Police Minister Bheki Cele says the centres are staffed at around 41 percent. This results in an alarming amount of calls going unanswered.
