Crime in SA | Two women shot dead in KZN

DURBAN - A mother and daughter have been shot dead near a river between Lindelani and Clermont North of Durban.

The motive behind the shooting is still unknown.

The KZN spokesperson Robert Netshiunda says that the suspects have been arrested and investigation has been open.

Netshiunda said, "The two women were last seen yesterday and their families were reporting a missing person case when police received reports of the two bodies which were found murdered and they were confirmed to be the ones who were reported to be missing."

"They were found with bullet wounds showing that they were shot and killed where they were found.”
