DA confident in legal challenge against ANC cadre deployment policy

JOHANNESBURG - The Democratic Alliance is confident of a win in its legal challenge against the ANC’s cadre deployment policy.

The High Court in Pretoria has reserved judgment after a two-day hearing into the matter.

The DA says the policy facilitates corruption in the public sector and government.
