JOHANNESBURG - The DA has served the City of Johannesburg with legal papers.
The party is demanding an end to acting appointments for senior municipal positions in the city.
It's also calling on Gauteng's Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs MEC, Jacob Mamabolo to take immediate action to address this.
