CAPE TOWN - Social Development Minister Nokuzola Tolashe is not impressed with the delayed Postbank card switching process.
Hundreds of people continue to wait in lengthy queues at various facilities, waiting for assistance.

Tolashe has been conducting oversight visits across the Western Cape, where she was confronted by dissatisfied Sassa beneficiaries.
The Minister says she will meet with the Postbank soon because this process is now reflecting badly on her department.
