Dhlamini denies meddling in tender processes

PRETORIA - Commissioner Sandile Khumalo has put it to Umashi Dhlamini that he interfered with procurement processes relating to a security services tender in Tshwane.

But the suspended Tshwane Metro Police deputy chief denies this.

Dhlamini is back at the Madlanga Commission to answer to allegations of tender manipulation.

The commission is examining WhatsApp messages between Dhlamini and suspended police sergeant Fannie Nkosi.
