JOHANNESBURG - Diepsloot residents say they will continue to protest until President Cyril Ramaphosa comes to address them.

Violence flared up in the area when residents took to the streets to protest the crime levels.

Diepsloot residents vow to continue protest

Protesters targeted shacks belonging to foreign nationals who they say are behind criminal activities in the area and set them alight.

They accuse police of failing to curb crime in the area.
